Of course, our kitchen professionals support the teams and give tips on the preparation. At the end, a jury provided by you decides on victory and defeat at the joint dinner.

The largest training kitchen in Hesse offers 222 square meters and 16 fully equipped workstations, a special location where we are happy to organize an event according to your wishes.

Included in all cooking classes:
  • All food and ingredients required are provided
  • Providing the event & training kitchen (including equipment, energy, decoration and cleaning)
  • Cooking caps, cooking aprons, recipe booklet and certificates for all amateur cooks
  • Common meal of your menu at festively set tables in our REstaurant Alexander
  • The dessert will be served directly from our kitchen on request.

To make your cooking course unforgettable:
  • we print cooking aprons with your name and occasion, from € 20,- per piece.

Number of participants:

The optimal number of participants for all cooking courses is 8 -32 amateur cooks, who spend about 4 - 6 hours together. Other group sizes are also welcome.
