Through what would you like to check in?

 

Web Check-in:

1. Check-in invitation

On the day of arrival you will receive an invitation from us to check in online.  Click there on "Check in now" or simply enter guest.hotelbird.com/ in the address line of your browser.

2. Open reservation

Select your hotel and enter your name and reservation number and click on "Find booking". You will then see an overview of your reservation. Please click on "Check in" there.

3. Enter personal data

Enter your personal data and payment details. The data is needed by the hotel to be able to issue the legally required registration certificate. Your data is absolutely safe - you can find the privacy policy here.

4. Receive check-in pass

You will receive an email from us with your check-in pass. With this you will receive your room key upon arrival.

5. Receive room key

In the hotel lobby you will find our Hotelbird Terminal. Scan your check-in pass there to create your room key.

App Check-in:

1. Check-in invitation

On the day of arrival you will receive an invitation from us for online check-in. There you will also find a link to download the Hotelbird app. Alternatively, you can find the app in the AppStore or on GooglePlay.

2. Open reservation

Register with your email address in the Hotelbird app or log in if you already have an account. To add your booking, click on "Add existing booking" on the home screen of the Hotelbird app. Select your hotel and enter your name and reservation number and click "Find Booking". If you are already registered in the app and have entered your email address when booking, your booking will automatically appear in the app.

3. Enter personal data

Enter their personal data and your payment data. The data will be saved in your personal profile and do not need to be re-entered at the next booking. The data is needed by the hotel to be able to issue the legally required registration certificate. Your data is absolutely safe - you can find the privacy policy here.

4. Receive check-in pass

You will receive an email from us with your check-in pass. With this you will receive your room key upon arrival. Many hotels already offer a digital room key. If your hotel offers this service, you will receive your room key on your cell phone on the day of arrival.

5. Receive room key

In the hotel lobby you will find our Hotelbird terminal. Scan your check-in pass there to generate the room key.

Terminal Check-in:

1. Terminal in the Lobby

In the lobby of your hotel you will find the Hotelbird terminal.

2. Open reservation

Enter your last name and select your reservation.

3. Enter personal data

Enter your personal data as well as your payment data. The data is needed by the hotel to be able to issue the registration certificate required by law. Your data is absolutely safe - you can find the privacy policy here.

4. Receive room key

After entering all the data, follow the instructions on the screen and place a card on the encoder to generate your room key.
